Focused on milk steaming technique and free-pour latte art. Emphasis on texture,

temperature by sound/feel, and building muscle memory through repetition.

✓ Hearts, tulips, and rosetta progression

✓ Common mistakes and corrections

✓ All milk provided (whole milk standard, can adjust upon request)

Cupping & Sensory Training

Introduction to professional coffee evaluation. Learn SCA cupping protocols, develop

your palate, and understand how to assess quality.
